another mmorpg dies
Dragon Empires hit the "nevermind, we give up" list a few days ago. I kinda figured on that... which is sad, because it looked interesting. But then, it could have ended up another FFXI (slow experience, crazy agro rules, too easy to get bored). Or another Anarchy Online first release (aka horrible lag, nasty bugs, and zones crashing all the time). Or another Horizons...
I guess it just goes to show that if you're gonna make an online game, you need to have tons of money and be sure to bleed even more out of your players. *cough* EverQuest *cough* But ah well, such is gaming life I guess.
