Say it with me now: Lay Vishie Swah! Yup yup. That's the cheater's way of saying (err, spelling) the French restaurant we visited in Chicago. And it was nummy! But I'd say the Chineese place we went to the day before was better (even though it gave me a migraine). I got to try Sake, which I thought tasted a bit like Champagne (which I dislike, plus I'm allergic to alcohol anyways), but better. And I liked that it was hot. Interesting!

Six Flags was the bomb, and I didn't get sick, which was something I ran across last time I went to a rollercoaster park (and I'm the rollercoaster affectionado freak type person). So I was happy to see that trend not continue. (And if you wonder why I'm talking like I'm talking, I've been watching entirely too much Pride and Prejudice; that stuff can seriously wear off on an obsessive mind!). I'm such a snot. Anyways, we went on Superman (which was freakin' cool and WAY worth the one and a half hour wait), as well as Raging Bull (a general concensus as favorite ride), the Drop thingy which I absolutely hate (the going up part sucks) but I went just to make sure my gullible little sister went ;) but then once she had conquered that thing, no ride was too scarey for her. She's 12, and is now wide awake to the world of much more exciting thrills and chills. w00t! We also went on a couple of the old-style wooden rollercoasters, American Eagle (or was it Flyer) and The Viper. We were there for at least 7 hours and went on 4 rides, not counting the Teacups rippoff ride which between me, my brother, and "Mr. Ken" we happened to break. We're pretty sure it was us too, because we had two teacups on the same area of the ride and had 'em spinning verrrry fast. Dernit, but it was fun while it lasted =P

Bro was sick one day, so I stayed at the house with him while everyone else went swimming (I wouldn't have gone swimming anyways, I had planned to read and draw). We watched Escape from New York (cool to see that finally, I still like Escape from L.A. better because Snake Plissken is more defined and not so... humane and unsure), Jackie Chan's Drunken Master (which I had seen before but was funny and butt kicking-ness as always), and the first four episodes of Big O. Goodstuff!

I wrote a bunch of story outlines out, because really I've had too much crammed in my head and I've already forgotten bits of things that I don't want to forget. As it is, I still have a good four to five pressing stories to write in said outline form before I'll be happy. It seems like as soon as I cleared out some room in my daydreams, even more have crowded in. Ah well, such is the life of the on-again off-again writer.

I need to do more comics. I have to rescan the art for the sock puppets comics, of which there will be two when I get around to it. Hmm, maybe tomorrow. I finally have some decent speakers for my computer. I want to redecorate my room but I am *still* debating on just how. I'm thinking of making pillows out of some sweet fabrics I've seen at various craft stores, with some of that awesome beaded trim that's been showing up here and there, and my favorite old T-Shirts that are too warn out to wear but the patterns are still good. I'm going to frame my Matrix poster (from the original theatrical release) and possibly my Sailor Moon T-Shirt that I really love but is so ratty it won't even do for a pillow cover. Once those things are done, I might have some inspiration for the rest. Right now it has a sort of quasi-anime look, but I'm thinking of rendering the room layout in 3D and messing with wall colors and stuff. Funfun!

God but that is a lot of exclamation points for me. Must be the vanilla-ice smoothie thing I made for me and Mom and lil' Sis. That and we were laughing our butts off at the funnier points of Pride and Prejudice. I keep wanting to call it Sense and Sensibility, so maybe I'll just call it Pride and Sensibility. Or Sense and Prejudice. Heh heh. I'm so weird.
