- Day 26 -
Morning: Riddick wakes up and is escorted to the Sun Room where he studies the bulletin board and talks briefly to a cryptic-seeming teenager (Haku) [faithful_frost].
Lunch: Riddick approaches the explosives expert Richter (Recluse) in the cafeteria; the conversation includes Wesker [no_side_effects]. (As Wesker-mun said, this is the "unusual-eyes night-vision club's first meeting.")
Evening: Riddick is escorted to the Game Room and learns what 'Special Counseling' is during a conversation with Captain Jack Harkness.
Dinner: Riddick is escorted back to dinner in M78 (steak, yum) and talks to roommate Jade [visualize].
Nightshift: A few more moments are spent in M78 before Riddick meets Richter [tartaros_avatar], (Haku), and (Zabuza) [be_my_tool] in the hall; gets a shiv from Richter. (Gin is SC in the Sun Room and his doom/fear aura encompasses the entire hospital and grounds; Riddick's mind rejects the idea but defaults to rage, as have some other members of the party.) Riddick follows Richter and the others to pick up (Kimbley) [crimson_handed] for the night's plans. He continues to follow the group through the M81-M120 block where (Sparda) [sword_and_demon] is aquired by Richter as well, and then outside to the rec field. Follows over the wall into the courtyard where the group is attacked by (Tyrant) [t103_x]. Attacks and is injured by (Tyrant), three broken ribs on left side. Gets mind-fucked by a combination of the pain and the fear/doom vibes on the air; is brought back to the real world by (Haku's) pain-numbing touch but (Haku) has been very badly injured by (Tyrant). Is ordered by Richter to get Haku to safety, so carries the boy on his back as best he can to the cafeteria where he spots (Kimbley) who he figures ran like a chicken from the battle (correct, but Riddick was too out of it to witness the flight). Demands (Kimbley) assist Haku and sits by the wall with the boy while fighting mentally against pain and the (Gin) crap from the Sun Room. (Zabuza) arrives to attempt to help Haku even as (Kimbley) essentially says "go to hell" so Riddick flips out and attacks (Kimbley) in blind rage ((Gin's) aura pain anger = PWN!). (Kimbley) shines a light in his eyes and Riddick is blinded but still charging with arms up trying to block the light. Is saved from most likely colliding with the table behind a surely-scampering (Kimbley) by shift change.

- Day 27 -
Breakfast: Last actions from previous night further aggravated injuries so initial attempt to get out of bed fails. Has an orderly run a message for Richter to the bulletin board to check on Haku's status. Eventually manages to make it to the cafeteria and speaks with Sparda. Learns Sparda is a demon. Notices Richter and (Marcus/Statesman) [zeus_incarnate] at another table; notes the fear in what appears to be Richter's enemy's eyes. Listens in on the conversation (from here to here, here to here, and enough of here to here to get the general idea). Leaves the conversation with Sparda in a rather dark mood.
Morning: Is escorted to arts and crafts and sits gloomily on the floor by the wall, only to be glomped by (Mousse) [myopic_mousse]. FIGHT! Is eventually completely sedated, but not before flipping over the orderly holding him from behind. Taken to his room to sleep off the drugs.
Lunch: Finds himself in the cafeteria still reeling from sedatives. Talks to Haku, who he is quite relieved to see is somewhat okay. Haku helps Riddick shake some of the sedative effects; Riddick is annoyed by Sparda joining the conversation. Sparda eventually takes the hint, obviously not pleased, and Riddick ends up doing some serious soul searching (and bonding ♥) with Haku.
Evening: Riddick chooses the Sun Room over the library, and sits on the floor by a wall as per his norm. Is approached by Krauser [plaguedred] and the two seem to hit it off swimmingly. Reveals plans to attempt to catch (Kimbley) as night falls, then escape the grounds proper. Extends invitation to Krauser for the escape bit, but the guy has plans. If Riddick fails, they will make a concerted effort to escape in opposite directions the following night. Refers Krauser to Richter for a blade.
Dinner: Returns to dinner in M78 and discusses ponytail-freak's impending death with Jade (obsess much?). Also admits to plans to leave the main hospital grounds, and speaks briefly about his world and past.
Nightshift: Exits room immediately after doors unlock, sprinting through the M71 - M80 hallway and into the M61 - M70 hallway. Grabs (Kimbley) and proceeds to make with the long, painful death concept. (There is a "no killing player characters" rule unless the character is being permanently dropped and sets something up in that respect... otherwise, Kimmy would have found himself dead right quick.) Unknown to Riddick at the moment, HK-47 and Subzero are watching from the sidelines. Meanwhile, (Rabastan Lestrange aka Bast) [rabastlestrange] steals a bunch of Riddick's stuff from M78 and also leaves a message in Riddick's journal. (Greed) [grabby_hands] approaches the Riddick/Kimbley interaction, wishing to kill Kimbley as well (and apparently not wanting to share). Riddick decides he doesn't have time to fight over loser Kimmy and throws him at the guy who can apparently grow claws; goes back to his own hall and then finds his room ransacked. Takes note of (Bast's) scent, the retarded journal entry, and the fact that both his pairs of slippers are missing, and goes back to the hall to steal figure out a replacement. Tries next-door M77 first, finding (L) [el_lolly_eat] alone in a wheelchair. (L) is happy to give Riddick the slippers, and also (Naomi) [fyeonly]appears. Riddick tells the two to have fun and leaves to put his new slippers on in the hall. He takes the next hall out to the recreational field where two morons are arguing (Scar [longlivetehking] and Star Dragon Sword [ditched_again]). Climbs the wall to the courtyard but instead of dropping over, creeps along the top of the thing northwards and approaches the outer wall. Puts his shirt on the barbs on top of the wall to make it less dangerous so he can see over better... and gets zapped by an invisible force field. Falls into the courtyard, dislocating his left shoulder in the process. Puts it back in and waits for a moment, still feeling a bit stunned. Just then a blood moon rises, and unknown to Riddick, all the water in the complex turns to blood (Landel's First Plague). What he does notice is that the pond turns to blood. As he heads along the wall south towards the cafeteria door area, (Omi) [daddyslilkiller] drops in from the rec field further south from Riddick's position. Then a mermaid appears in the pond, seeming distressed at the water's transformation. Riddick doesn't trust it, figuring on more mind games, but approaches and appears to want to lend a hand while hiding his shiv behind his back, ready to strike. (Omi) moves closer, but then the mermaid starts singing, which at first only affects Omi to any great extent, and new arrivals to the courtyard (including Richter and (Statesman) [zeus_incarnate]) either stand back and watch or leave for the cafeteria. Just as Riddick is about to knife the thing, the mermaid's song changes, putting Riddick fully under her hypnotic control, and (Reinforce) [1imited_edition] freaks out at the mermaid, shooting magic at it. Nightshift ends. (I filled in during Day 28 morning text that Riddick had picked up the shiv in the last few moments, fully intending to attack his new mistress's enemy, but he didn't get another official turn before end of shift.)

- Day 28 -
Morning: Field trip day, and Riddick finds himself on the first bus in a dorky polo and golf pants. He's in an incredibly bad mood at having his mind taken over by the mermaid the previous night, as well as the whole force field situation. His seat-mate ends up being Mason [vintage_brit], who appears to be an odd mix of jackass and space case. Being as he doesn't want sedated again, initial trading of taunts turns to more-or-less civil conversation while he gets his thoughts in order for future plans.
