Well, Dad is now thinking about cable internet, depending on initial costs. The deal with Comcast right now is really cheep for the first six months, and not too bad after that (their prices have gone down since last time I looked). There's no info about installation or cost of the modem, which Mom is gonna call about. So cross your fingers peoples, cable internet!! I'm not getting my hopes up just yet.

Juno's software has been really messing up lately. I might be able to fix it by reinstalling the entire thing, but I dunno. It appears that if you delete a lot of emails in the Juno email interface and then delete them out of the Deleted folder, and then close the program by clicking the X in the upper right corner (like I do by default) then the whole thing crashes badly. But doesn't tell you. The next time you start up Juno, it says there's some problem with the email folders and everything that is recovered gets put into one dated Recover folder. I've found that if you completely delete a ton of emails, then exit the program properly (using the menu: File, Exit Juno) then it doesn't have a problem. Meh. Crappy software. Crappy ISP.
