Dad's gonna freak when he sees the yard.
Sep. 1st, 2005 03:59 pmVerizon came to bury the FIOS cable today. At least, that's what it looks like they were doing. They came and went while Mom and I were off doing the grocery shopping. There's one of those gawdawful trenches going into the back yard, yet the FIOS wire is still on the ground and hanging off bushes and planter hooks. There's a new box of some sort of Verizon technology screwed to the back of the garage. And the TV cable has been cut.
Note to anyone who hasn't figured this out yet (I knew long ago but that's beside the point): VERIZON SUCKS ASS.
Mom's gonna call Comcast for advice because getting ahold of Verizon is one of the biggest pains in the asses, second only to contacting any sort of government agency. Yeesh. "Can you watch TV now? No? GOOD!"
