Well it was either Guild Wars or the D&D 3.5 player's handbook... and I didn't have enough for Guild Wars. Plus I'm still gonna see if I can trade in old games at Gamestop for it. But yeah, since
ciderbarrel and
aridiar are thinking of starting some beginner dungeons, I figured it was about time I got the new handbook. I have 2.0 from eons ago.
Yeah, I counted my Pokémon cards finally, and the 1375+ count doesn't include a new deck I won't split up, plus a few mint/unplayed cards. Holy cow... problem is, on Ebay they're virtually worthless unless I wanna start obsessing over individual cards. And it still looks like it wouldn't be worth the work even remotely. I saw card sets bigger than mine with top bids of $10 and no reserve price. That sucks. I wonder if anyone out there wants to trade me for a Magic collection. I doubt it, one would think they'd get the bum end of the deal unless they *really* like Pokémon or have a kid who's obsessed. But obviously they can go bid $11 for a bigger set on Ebay. Geez. At this point... I guess I better keep them. I wonder if Dream Wizards buys loose cards... or would let me trade for store credit on Magic cards. Hmm hmm.
Edit: Bombing around Ebay I found this: someone's selling their 45,000 Magic card collection. Asking $1500 for the first bid, instant buyout at $2000. Yeeeeow. It looks like it's worth a lot more than that too. I'm amazed anyone would sell this. =O
