Neon Genesis Evangelion RULES! And all I have left to watch is the final movie. Hoping to do that with Mike tomorrow... which is where I was today. *urp* Man, the chinese gave me heartburn (but then, existing gives me heartburn) but it was GOOD. Yum! ^_^

Ahahaha... geez I'm on a happy high right now or something. Maybe I should write more of my story (or get the first 4 chapters online where everyone can read 'em). Or sleep... o_O;; Meh, too darn wired now. WTF! LOL. Wheeeeeeeeeee!!! ^_^

I think you'll love End of Evangelion. It's a real head trip. Now I understand many fans didn't like it because it was so surreal and weird, but for my money I'll take it over the so-called "ending" we got in the las couple eps of the show. :\ For me, it feels right.

It's interesting because depending on who you hear it from, the movie was either the ending Hideki Anno wanted to do but couldn't because the network thought it was too out there, or that it was his way of saying "fuck you" to the fans who were pissed-off over the last couple eps of the show and wanted a more definite ending. Either way, it's a hell of a movie and a great piece of animated cinema. :)

And as you know, I have a weird crush on Asuka. I don't know why, she's not exactly a nice person, but yet I guess it's all because she's a redhead. I've even got a T-shirt of her doing a sexy pose in her plsugsuit that might as well not even be there as if it were any tighter, she'd be dead! I'm probably going to hell tho, because I'm 34 and she's supposed to be a teenager. Still, what a woman!

So her head won't explode (and mine too, I've seen it twice), I didn't show her episodes 25 & 26.

It would be more fun to try to eat my own head than to watch those to shows again.

End of Eva was AWESOME!!! Trippy, definitely out there, absolutely stunning. I liked it very much. And we skipped the last two official episodes of the show, due to the apparent torture it is to watch them. It's gotta be bad if the author received death threats over it. Best left unwatched, yup yup.

We also watched Death and Rebirth before that. Good recap, and it shows some things that get overlooked early on. Man, I almost wanna watch the series over again! LOL. And I am fast developing crush on the... well, I won't say who, cuz it's a spoiler. *snickers at the happy yaoi thoughts* But his voice actor is the same as Kousake in Spiral, on the Platinum DVD release of Eva.
