Tonight on News 4: Most of Earth's population is wiped out by... suicide in the name of cookies. Guess that whacko was right after all. Film at 11.

hey, suicide in the name of *good* cookies is reasonable in my eyes; some of the things people kill themselves over are just plain stupid - continuing to live and doing to well is frequently the best revenge ;)

I read a funny article this AM about doomsday sayers and responses after the lack of doom. There hasn't been a response from Camping yet so far as I know but some group back in the 50s sat on their hilltop and were shocked when there was no blinding light/singing choir, etc etc but within a few hours their leader received another "revelation" and it was that Jesus was so impressed by their belief that he put off the Doomsday so more could be saved by this pious bunch...!!! The leader was not a fast thinker as it took a couple of hours to come up with but a clever thinker ;)

Wow, that is some serious epic win-fail right there. Or something.

And yes to the revenge concept. I think I have pissed off more of ye ol' hurtful people by continuing to improve myself and actually having a semblance of happiness, than by doing anything else. Booyah! XD
