whoever invented wallpaper should be shot

tirsdenWallpaper removal is a pain in the tush. Mom and I have gotten one wall in the guest room done, with help from some wallpaper remover stuff. There were two layers on most of the wall we've done so far, and there was actually a THIRD kind of wallpaper on one side. Geez... but then we already knew the previous owners of this house were complete lazy morons.
Kinda funny pulling strips of paper off a wall while listening to an old tape of tunes from Australia. Makes one all nostalgic and stuff ^_^ Methinks we will be working on that project (probably mostly me) for quite some time, plus I talked Dad into a very light purple shade of paint for the walls, and a darker purple for the trim / closet details... so it should look really cool by the time we're finally done with it.
This evening while watching The Three Musketeers (Michael York version), I got a new cover for my scrapbook done. I likesh it. Very manga Cowboy Bebopish... mostly because that's what it's made from =P
