People annoyed at Jack Thompson might find that interesting. Yay for streaming video! Found the link thanks to Scott Ramsoomair of VGCats, who's impression of Pirates 2 is pretty much spot on.

Haha... JT wants to play video games before anyone else... "so he can decide if there's something in it he doesn't like." Hmm... or does he just want to get his hands on hot titles while they're still in beta? =P

Did you read my post about this earlier? I saw it when it aired last Thursday. I must say it was extremely satisfying to see JT get his ass handed to him by, of all people, X-Play's Adam Sessler! I think he basically spoke for all of us in telling off that douchebag, and he even I think left him at a loss for words at that one part:

Adam: "But you're speaking as if [the game Bully] is some type of virus that will suddenly infect all of us who lay hands on it so that we'll just have rampant violence. I think even you would have to acknowledge that's a rather insane thing for you to try to claim."

Jack: [Stunned silence for a couple seconds as if caught off guard. Blinks.] "Claim what?"

Also if you noticed, it looked towards the end as if he was going to lose it, especially when he got into a disagreement with Adam about the British government having a First Amendment. Adam correctly pointed out that they don't, and Thompson momentarily lost his cool and shouted, "Of course they do!"

Usually after any kind of defeat, JT often tries to spin it the next day to make it look as if he claimed a victory of some sort. But he's been strangely quiet since that appearance. My guess is he underestimated G4 and the people he was going up against. Considering that he's backed-out of other debates against anyone who could easily blow apart his arguments, and that he has such a low opinion of gamers, he probably went on G4, a channel for video games anf the people who play them, thinking it was going to be a cakewalk and was caught off guard by Adam Sessler's passion and intelligence. So much for a guy who just before proudly claimed, "I've confronted more critics than Northern Israel has confronted Hezbollah missiles."

Yeah, whatever, Jack. Stay home and lick your wounds. And don't come back, well, ever!

Yeah I think I missed your post on it so I will definitely look it up when I'm not dead. Or undead, as the case may be. Sun burning aaaaaaaaaah oh wait it's outside it can't hurt me. =O
